'All I Want For Christmas Is...' Artificial Grass?

As we have explained, artificial grass has many benefits through-out the year. These include a zero-mud lawn all year round, no mowing or re-seeding in hard to grow areas and a lush-looking lawn 24/7.  At this time of year, frost and snow will not damage the grass.  However, it is advisable to clear snow from the grass, as snow which has been trodden into the pile can turn to ice and can prove tricky to remove without damaging the grass fibres. But what if you want your grass to look frosty and snow covered? Well fortunately we have two ranges which are designed specifically for that purpose and these are Winter Morning and Winter Meadow. Winter Morning is a white short-pile artificial grass ideal for winter displays, window dressing or special events (indoor or outdoor) as well as many other uses. This 4mm pile grass is available in both 2m and 4m widths making it extremely versatile and the flexibility in width sizes helps to minimise waste when dealing with odd sizes.  Winter Meadow is a longer-pile grass which, again, is ideal for displays, events and other winter scenes. Its lush 22mm pile will look the part for any Winter or Christmas theme. Why not try a piece beneath your Christmas tree or showcase your illuminated outdoor Santa? Available in 2m and 4m widths, this product is ideal for covering both small or larger areas. Below we have listed 5 of our favourite uses of white artificial grass for winter and Christmas. 1. A Mat For The Christmas Tree Perhaps our favourite use of white artificial grass is for use as a mat beneath the Christmas tree. This effect really creates a talking point and highlights the extra efforts you have gone to with your Christmas decorations. Why not double the wow effect with artificial snow spray to cover your tree's branches to create a winter grotto look? 2. A Shop Window Display Christmas is perhaps the busiest time of year for the majority of businesses and everyone is looking in shop windows for gift ideas. This year we have seen some fantastic window displays for Christmas from some of the larger stores so why not keep up with the competition and enhance your Christmas display with the use of one of our grasses. 3. Table Decorations For The Works Christmas Party Over the past year, we have had a lot of interest in our grasses for use as table placemats and runners. Naturally, during the festive period, this interest turns to white snow-themed grass. We recommend using the Winter Morning grass as a fabulous runner down the centre of the table. Simply by adding a red table cloth and spraying some twigs with silver spraypaint to create a fantastic table centrepiece and add to the festive colour scheme? 4. A Snow Covered Porch Or Shed Covering a porch or shed with artificial grass can give the illusion of a snow-covered roof throughout the Christmas period and winter months. Over the years, we have even seen 'Custom- Built' Reindeer stables as a tableau outside Public Houses. 5. A Child's Play Mat Sometimes it just isn't practical to let younger children play out in the snow and that's assuming that it has snowed at all!  The darkness and cold can put a parent off letting their children play out in the harsh conditions. So why not create a Winter Wonderland indoors for your children to enjoy by a snow-themed play mat. Since the success of Disney's "Frozen", our grasses are proving popular for children playing winter-themed games.
