Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from direct-artificial-grass.co.uk and would like to return an item, then under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000, you have up to 14 working days from the date of delivery of your product to cancel your purchase and inform us that you wish to return it to us. You then have a further 14 days to return your purchase to us.

Please note:

1) Artificial grasses should be inspected by customers before cutting to close fit area. Claims for manufacturing faults which could have been discovered by inspection before fitting will not be accepted. No complaint will be accepted for improper fitting.

2) All artificial grasses which have been installed the where faults have arisen, must be inspected by an independent consultant prior to uplifting.

3) No goods will be considered for exchange or credit unless proof of purchase is shown i.e. invoice numbers.

4)Returned goods will not be credited unless the appropriate paperwork for the collection of goods has been issued by Direct Artificial Grass.

5) Goods must be returned in the original packaging and, in perfect condition, you are responsible for paying for the carriage of the returned goods.

In the unlikely event of your product being faulty, we will require a photograph of the faulty item. Dependent upon the fault, we may request that the product is inspected by an independent surveyor OR returned to us in its original packaging and in good condition. Please note that any Artificial Grass that has been cut into will not be refunded. Goods MUST be fully and closely checked before close cutting and fitting.
Please note that a full refund or replacement product will be given for any faulty goods, but direct-artificial-grass.co.uk will not accept any additional charges.

You must notify us, by email, in any instance in order that we direct the goods to our relevant dispatch center.

Refund Policy

Subject to the conditions of the above returns policy; refunds will be made to the original payee within 7 working days from receipt of the returned
goods.
