If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Direct Artificial Grass and would like to return an item, then under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000, you have up to 7 working days from the date of delivery of your product to cancel your purchase and return it to us.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging and, in perfect condition, you are responsible for paying for the carriage of the returned goods.
In the unlikely event of your product being faulty, we will require a photograph of the faulty item. Dependent upon the fault, we may request that the product is inspected by an independent surveyor OR returned to us in its original packaging and in good condition. Please note that any Artificial Grass that has been cut into will not be refunded. Goods MUST be fully and closely checked before close cutting and fitting.
Please note that a full refund or replacement product will be given for any faulty goods, but Direct Artificial Grass will not accept any additional charges.
You must notify us, by email, in any instance in order that we direct the goods to our relevant dispatch centre.
